It has a 3V Lithium Battery and 85dB Sounder. It meets the following standards EN14604: 2005 AC2008 & ASNZ3786: 2014. This can be integrated into the EliteControl system via AAP Receiver. The AAP Heat detector should be tested regularly with the AAP Remote.
