Lorenz Hutschenreuther took over the white form from the Meissen porcelain factory C. Teichert, which goes back to a design from 1728, and introduced it to the market as Maria Theresia in 1926. Over the decades, numerous decorations were developed on the classic form, including the well known blue onion
