At exactly 50 kg dead weight, you train under real competition conditions whether it's sled push or sled pull with rope and carabiner. The symmetrical design makes the difference in training: change direction without rebuilding. Just turn around and keep pushing. Four knurled push handles give you a secure grip, even when your hands
