The blade combines two different types of steel in a strikingly beautiful finish, creating an exciting contrast on the blade. The highly polished cutting edge is made of VG MAX steel with a hardness of HRC 611 and the satin finished blade back is made of SUS420J2 steel. The method used to assemble the composite blade is based on a new technology from
