Zymo-Spin V-E Columns Protein Purification The Microbial Community Standard mimicsThe versatile Zymo Spin V E column can be used either in microcentrifuges, centrifuges, or on vacuum manifolds for the purification of DNA and or RNA. This column features a luer lock top allowing it to be easily attached to a syringe, resesrvoir, or prefilter. The Zymo Spin V E features durable polypropylene construction and contains a unique silica based matrix that allows purification of up to 125 g DNA, and 250 g RNA, in 150 l eluate. Capacity is
